Longwood Pediatrics is pleased to be able to provide our patient’s and their families with an online method for performing many of your routine non-medical tasks. MyChart allows you access 24-hours per day. Through MyChart you can perform the following actions:
- Schedule an appointment
- Renew a prescription
- Change your contact information and address
- Send a message to your Doctor and nurse
- Request a health form for school, camp, or daycare
- Register a family member
- Request a referral authorization number

Signing up
Signing up for MyChart is very easy. One of our Front Desk staff would be happy to help you either when you call our office at 617-277-7320 or in person when you are visiting us. All we need is your email address. With the click of a mouse you will automatically be sent an email with your new username and password.

When we send a message to you through MyChart, the system will generate an e-mail to you to notify you when you have a ‘pending message’ from us waiting for you in MyChart.
The nurses in the office will most often respond to your “ask the doctor” questions on MyChart. They will consult with your child’s pediatrician if needed before responding to you.
