Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (5 p.m. in July and August)
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to noon
Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to noon
Holidays: 8:30 a.m. to noon
Our office is open 365 days a year, and our phones are answered starting at 8:30 a.m. every day.
Phone calls
At Framingham Pediatrics, we encourage you to contact us whenever you have a concern or question related to your child's care. You can call us anytime of the day using our main office number, (508) 879-5764. For emergent after hours calls that cannot wait until the office opens at 8:30 the next morning, our main number will direct you to our answering service and the on-call physician or nurse triage service will be paged to discuss your concerns.
MyChart
If you would like to email us, we prefer you use the Framingham Pediatrics Patient Portal (MyChart).
- It easy to use and secure
- Your email attaches automatically to your child's electronic medical record and becomes a permanent part of your child's health history.
- You can send us attachments (photos, documents, forms to sign, etc..)
Do not use MyChart for emergency issues* (call us directly). Messages are checked regularly ONLY during normal weekday business hours.
If you do not have a MyChart account, please call the office at 508-879-5764 and request a login email.
