Our office staff works hard to ensure patient comfort and convenience. To help you better understand our office operations, we have included the information you need about our hours, appointments, insurance acceptance and billing below.
Appointments
Well-visits are best scheduled at least two months in advance as our schedules fill quickly. We encourage you to schedule your child's next appointment before leaving the office.
Same-day appointments are available for sick patients. Please call if you would like your child to be seen.
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.
Referrals
To process an insurance referral, please call our referral coordinator. 617-232-2915, option 2.
Insurance and billing
Please call or email us for information specific to your insurance company and plan.
