Regular scoliosis exams important

Shopping for bathing suits, Erin Williams saw that her 6-year-old daughter Megan's back and shoulders were visibly uneven. A trip to the pediatrician and a standard Adam's forward bend test showed that Megan had scoliosis.

Preparing children with food allergies for school

Although only about 4 percent of Americans are affected, food allergies seem more prevalent today than 10 years ago, partly because the only treatment for food allergies is complete avoidance of that particular food.
