In the February 2006 issue, Boston Magazine recognized more than 120 Children's Hospital Boston physicians as part of the city's "Top Doctors." Those named represent 39 specialties and subspecialities from allergy and immunology to urology, with 17 Children's physicians appearing on the list for pediatric cardiology. Physicians were selected based on a poll of medical professionals, who were asked which doctor they would choose for a loved one in need of care.
