PHA renamed Children’s Hospital Primary Care Center
CHPCC will continue primary care services and special programs

Formerly known as Pediatric Health Associates (PHA), Children’s Hospital Primary Care Center (CHPCC) offers a comprehensive array of primary care services for children that include preventive health care, immunizations and acute illness care. CHPCC also provides problem-focused services and the following special programs:

Advocating Success for Kids — a program for children with school problems that includes the services of a developmental pediatrician, social worker, psychologist and volunteer advocates.

Healthy LINK — asthma assessment and education with a nurse practitioner, allergist and pharmacist.

One Step Ahead — a nutritional and physical activity overweight prevention and treatment program with a physician, social worker, exercise specialist, psychologist and nutritionist.

Young Parents Program — primary care, social services, and parenting education for adolescent parents and their children.
