The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Brigham and Women's Hospital, Nuclear Medicine Oncologic Program is accepting applications from MD/MD-PhD affiliates for a one-year Nuclear Oncology/PET-CT Fellowship for July 2010 with the opportunity of a second year extension.
The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is designated as a comprehensive center by the National Cancer Institute. The clinical fellowship will provide physicians with advanced clinical imaging training in oncology with a focus on PET/CT and cross-sectional imaging. Fellows also have the opportunity to participate in various clinical research projects. Major areas of interest include molecular imaging, evaluation of molecularly-targeted drugs, new PET radiopharmaceuticals, tumor metrics, and core laboratory support for local, national, and global trials. The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School Joint Program in Nuclear Medicine.
Eligibility:
Completion of the USMLE parts I, II, and III, and American Board of Radiology (ABR) and/or American Board of Nuclear Medicine (ABNM)-eligible or certified. Interested applicants should send their curriculum vitae and three reference letters:
