Research Focus Area:
My academic interest is in medical education, e-learning technologies, and competency assessment of healthcare providers.  My research focus has been studying various educational pedagogical theories and their application to online learning with the goal of defining the optimal way to deliver online curricula and monitor their impact on learners. I am actively involved in pursuing these research interests in my role at OPENPediatrics, an innovative web-based social learning platform.
