Dr. Levy’s initial research interests focused on two broad topics: children presenting with signs and symptoms of dehydration and the use of point-of-care ultrasound in the pediatric emergency department. He has recently focused his efforts on aspects of emergency department efficiency and clinical operations.

 

Researcher | Research Background

Jason Levy received his MD from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed a residency in Pediatrics at Northwestern University Children’s Hospital and a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital.  Dr. Levy went on to receive additional training in pediatric point-of-care ultrasound and served as the Director of Emergency Ultrasound until 2014. He assumed the role of Associate Clinical Director in 2015 and now focuses on emergency department clinical operations.
