Research Overview

Paul Lakin's research interests include clinical trials, longitudinal and other clustered and correlated data, quality improvement intervention and mentorship interventions in world health and at Children's, and dietary interventions. The purpose of this research is to improve patient outcomes, discover novel treatments and procedures, and suggest new avenues for basic and health practice research at Children's Hospital and at affiliated institutions here in Massachusetts and around the world.

About the Researcher

Mr. Lakin is a biostatistician with Children's Hospital's Institutional Centers for Clinical and Translational Research (ICCTR), under the Biostatistics and Research Design Core (BARD). He also teaches classes in biostatistics to Children's Hospital faculty and staff.
