Children's is working to further its goal of eliminating health care disparities through work accomplished through the Diversity and Cultural Competency Committee (DCCC). An outside consulting group will gather stories about disparities and diversity at Children's through focus groups. These experiences will be developed into scripts anonymously as a series of "Diversity Monologues." The segments will be professionally produced and actors will be used so that no one employee at Children's will be recognized. Please come and share your perspective so that it will be included in the videotapes, which will be shown in training sessions on diversity here at Children's.
