Wnt Frizzled Interaction in Wnt Signal Transduction

The research in my laboratory focuses on two related areas: (1) the mechanism of Wnt signal transduction in vertebrate axial and neural development, and in neuronal degenerative diseases; (2) the molecular basis of vertebrate neural induction. These issues are critical for our understanding of several developmental neurological disorders.
