About Us

GEDI was created at Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School by biologists for the purpose analyzing multiple parallel time courses of microarray data. However, it has also proven to be an effective analysis tool for all types of dynamic and static high dimensional data. The new version contains feature dedicated to make analysis of static data more efficient.
