Summary: Drs. Dedeoglu and Hausmann established a collaboration with several pediatric rheumatologists in Turkey to study children with Periodic Fever, Apthosis, Pharyngitis, and Adenitis Syndrome (PFAPA Syndrome) in different geographic locations. They demonstrated that PFAPA patients have different symptoms in Turkey when compared to patients in the United States.
