Family Preferences
Please complete the Family Preferences Questionnaire so that we may match you with an appropriate student. Once completed, please return the questionnaire by e-mail, as an attachment to Rosie Monardo.

Students who serve as Project Respite Care mentors are undergraduate or graduate students studying nursing, physical therapy, medicine, education, or other human services. Students come from local schools, such as Harvard University, Boston University, and Simmons College.
