Welcome to the Fulton Lab at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Our primary research focus is visual development in infancy and childhood. In addition to normal development, we are very interested in learning more about how preterm birth and retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) may interfere with typical development and long term visual outcomes.
We are currently enrolling infants, children, and adults between the ages of 10 weeks and 35 years for our active projects. We need volunteers who were born at full term as well as those born 8 or more weeks early. See our Research Projects page for more information about these studies.
We invite you to learn more about what we do, read a recent publication, take a tour of the lab, or find out how to participate in one of our studies by clicking on the links to the left.
