In addition to providing first class medical care to children and families, the Division of Developmental Medicine is home to a wide array of research programs, ranging from developmental cognitive neuroscience, to adolescent substance abuse, to clinical trials. Our goal is to develop new tools to diagnose and treat children with developmental and behavioral challenges at the earliest possible age. These advances will deliver a brighter future to children, not just here at Boston Children's, but everywhere.

There are many opportunities for children to participate, from infancy through adolescence. For more information on our research programs and to sign up for our Participant Registry, please click here.

Take a look at the videos below to learn more about our research and to hear what parents and kids have to say about participating in studies.
