Support for people of all traditions and for those with no religious affiliation
Chaplains at Children's Hospital Boston represent a variety of faiths, including Islam, Judaism, Protestantism and Roman Catholicism. We are available 24 hours a day to offer spiritual and emotional support to your child and family. Sensitive consideration is given to your family's religious tradition and primary language.

You may request a chaplain's visit at any time by calling our office directly at 617-355-6664 or by asking your nurse to page us.

We are welcoming of persons of all faiths. Our chaplains can be consulted to assist you in meeting your unique spiritual needs or will help you contact local clergy of your own tradition.

Interfaith Chapel
The Interfaith Chapel, located on Farley 1 near the Kohl's Center for Families, is always open.
  • You are welcome to use this space for your own prayer or meditation.
  • Prayer requests for a patient or loved one may be left in the chapel's prayer box.
  • A current listing of service times is posted near the chapel door.
  • Rosaries, electric Sabbath candles, prayer rugs and cushions, and scriptures in many languages are available upon request.
Make yourself at home, spiritually.
