The main lobby at Children's provides families with a pleasant and comfortable waiting area. The Information Desk - staffed from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily - is available to assist visitors to their destinations. The area also features fish tanks, a wishing fountain, an information kiosk, televisions, a pharmacy, and a sandwich shop.

1. Cafe at Children's Hospital Boston
Located on the first floor of the Farley Building, the cafeteria is open seven days a week for visitors and staff and offers a wide variety of menu choices, including salad bar, hot entrees, deli sandwiches, soups and desserts.

2. Ask Me!
During the hospital's busiest times, visitors will see employee volunteers stationed in the Main Lobby and at the top of the main staircase. These "Ask Me!" volunteers welcome visitors to the hospital and assist them with questions and directions.

3. Patient Entertainment Center
Located to the right of the Main Lobby stairs, the Patient Entertainment Center (PEC) is home to a variety of performances, including magic shows, musical performances and storytelling. The PEC also has video games and a colorful jukebox on "free play," complete with old favorites and the latest hits.
