For your convenience, Children’s Orthopedic Surgery Foundation is pleased to offer you an easy and secure way to pay your bill online via MasterCard or Visa. If you have bills for the hospital or other foundations/departments please contact them directly at the number provided on their statement.
Please have your bill and credit card available to complete the transaction. To pay your bill, enter the Account Number located in the upper right side of your billing statement.
Your payment will be processed immediately to your credit card through the secure vendor channel. Your credit card information will automatically be discarded upon completion of transaction. Your payment will post to your account within 3 business days. Children’s Orthopedic Surgery Foundation will display on your bank statement with the amount you paid.
