NEWS ALERT for MASSACHUSETTS PARENTS!

 Rep. Christine Canavan, who is an RN  and a MASSACHUSETTS STATE REPRESENTATIVE has authored legislation  (5 bills) to increase funding/coverage for PKU foods, etc.She needs your help  to pass these bills by calling your local state rep and asking them to support  these bills!

 Now is the time to act if we wnat this to be acted upon this during
 the upcoming formal session year.

 To find out who your local State Rep and State Senator is/are...go to
 www.mass.gov and follow the links to the listings of reps and senators. Also  urge your friends, families and neighbors TO CALL also. A lot of these people get loads of emails and a phone call will "drive it home a little better"! Do what you need to do keep it legal of course) but call in all those favors.

SAMPLE CALL: Hello, my name is ______ and I am a constituent of
Representative / Senator _________ . I am calling to ask that he/ she
co sponsor Representative Canavan's PKU bills. Feel free to tell them
why this is important to you and tell them your relationship to the
PKUer in your life.
