2. Probable PKU: elevated phenylalanine and or elevated phenylalanine:tyrosine ratio
(Phe > 8 mg/ml or Phe >6 mg/ml & Phe:Tyr >3 or Phe >2.3 & Phe:Tyr >5)
3. Possible PKU: Elevated Phenylalanine, Phe 2.3 -8 mg / ml
