From Route 128 Northbound:
Take Route 128 to Exit 25A (Route 114, Salem). Turn right off the ramp and follow the blue "H" sign. Make the next right and proceed under Route 128 to a four-way stop. At the stop sign, turn left and proceed to the Lahey Hospital North building.
From Route 128 Southbound:
Take Route 128 to Exit 25B (Route 114 Middleton). Turn left at the second traffic light and enter the Northshore Mall parking lot. Turn left at the blue "H" sign and follow the road around the mall to a four-way stop. Go straight through the stop sign and proceed to the Lahey Hospital North building.
Proceed to the elevators and Children's Hospital Boston at Peabody is on the 4th floor.
