The Brazelton Institute

The Brazelton Institute, based in the Department of Pediatrics at Children's Hospital Boston, is dedicated to promoting the healthy development of infants and families, through research and education programs for people who care for children and their families in the first years of life.

The Brazelton Touchpoints Center (BTC) promotes a community-building model informed by Dr. T. Berry Brazelton's early body of work which demonstrated that when pediatricians and other health and child care professionals work as partners with parents, to take advantage of the key developmental opportunities for growth and development, children enjoy better outcomes in health, social, emotional and cognitive well-being.
