(HIV Adolescent Provider & Peer Education Network for Services) Program at Children's Hospital Boston provides services and support to HIV infected, homeless and at-risk adolescents and young adults, 12-24 years old, in the Metropolitan Boston area.
Our Beginning
Since Boston HAPPENS started in 1993, we have helped more than 100 youth living with HIV and have provided testing, risk reduction and prevention services to over 600 youth annually, making us one of the most successful programs in the region.

Our Staff and Services
With a staff of specialists in adolescent medicine, HIV care, nursing and mental health, we are here to answer your questions about HIV and to provide you with a wide range of health care and support services. Free HIV counseling and testing, support groups, case management and program referrals are some of the services we offer in our multidisciplinary program.
