Each year, Children's Hospital Boston holds a Research Day to showcase the work of young investigators from every corner of the hospital. This year's event, held May 21, 2008, featured more than 100 posters from 28 different disciplines. The judges selected four winning presentations, featured here. In addition, Houseofficer Development awards were given to residents and fellows in three categories -- empirical research, clinical research, and a service project. This gallery features all the award winners, highlighting some of the hospital's most innovative research.
