Ginny Rich, APRN, BC-ADM, CDE, a nurse practitioner and certified diabetes educator at Children's at Waltham, with her son Chris, in China. Chris was diagnosed at age 5 with Type 1 diabetes. Ginny and the Diabetes Education delegation with the People to People Ambassador program traveled to China to educate and better understand the rising global impact of diabetes.
