Children's Hospital Boston became Martha Eliot Health Center's sole operator in 1973. Since the health center's inception, Children's has supported its programmatic growth and overall sustainability. The hospital has forged a strong relationship with the health center and its staff in order to learn how to deliver culturally-competent health care using MEHC as its lens into the local community.
