Mildred Hailey, the current executive director of the Bromley-Heath Tenant Management Corporation, is a well-respected Boston community activist and the driving force behind the creation of Martha Eliot Health Center. Hailey and other Bromley-Heath leaders have been involved with the health center throughout its history. She would often visit the clinic to comfort concerned families, bringing clean sheets with her to cover the exam room beds. Mildred Hailey has been an advocate for the community, working closely with the leadership of Martha Eliot Health Center to ensure that the facility continues to meet its patients' needs.
