As a continuation of the AFCC's collaborative care, the team shares findings of unique cases during their weekly conference which is attended by more than 80 health care professionals from other Harvard-affiliated hospitals and across disciplines - obstetrics, neonatology, radiology, pediatric specialties, nursing and genetic counseling. The conference provides a setting where our multidisciplinary team shares images and discusses case management, treatment options and outcomes.
