Back talk

I am always looking for clever ways to fill our children's tummies with nutritious food and to develop good eating habits. Before I had children of my own I remember thinking, "How hard can it be to get kids to eat?!" Then one day my four year old walked into the kitchen, looked up at me earnestly and very sweetly proclaimed, "I hope that is not dinner I smell, because I am not eating that!"
