Marsha Moses, PhD
Researcher Marsha Moses, PhD, looks at a urinary cancer biomarker ELISA (enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay). In her experiments, each well is filled with an antibody to a given protein the Moses Lab has shown predicts cancer status and stage. If the antibody binds to the protein researchers are looking for, the sample in the well changes color, indicating the presence of that protein in the urine sample.
