Philosophy of Care

I value the importance of treating the whole person. Unfortunately, physical and behavioral health concerns don't always occur in isolation, and I believe outcomes are optimized when care is coordinated. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental setting in which to explore growth.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

Nicole Santos earned her Master’s in Forensic Psychology from American International College in 2003. She also pursued her Doctorate in Educational Psychology before becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. Nicole is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut. She has worked alongside children, adolescents, adults, and their families in a variety of settings throughout her clinical career. She joined Pediatric Associates of Hampden County in 2019. Nicole Santos’ regular office hours are Monday and Thursday in the West Springfield office, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in the Westfield office.
