Professional History

Dr. Robertson received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his M.D. from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He trained in diagnostic radiology and completed a fellowship in neuroradiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston and an interventional radiology fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital. He has been a member of the faculty of the Department of Radiology in the Division of Neuroradiology at BCH since 1994 and is currently the Radiologist-in-Chief of the department. Dr. Robertson’s clinical and academic focus is in cerebrovascular diseases in children.

We are grateful to have been ranked #1 on U.S. News & World Report's list of the best children's hospitals in the nation for the third year in a row, an honor we could not have achieved without the patients and families who inspire us to do our very best for them. Thanks to you, Boston Children's is a place where we can write the greatest children's stories ever told.”
