Professional History

I am the Training Director for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program at Boston Children's Hospital. I am passionate about teaching, mentoring, and collaborating. I enjoy supporting and promoting the education and career development of not only fellows, but also those across the entire spectrum from pre-meds to junior faculty. I am also an Attending Physician on the Psychiatry Consultation Service and I am also passionate about family and adolescent empowerment, psychotherapy, behavioral-health integration, and systems-of-care. I am the Director of the Donald J. Cohen Klingenstein 3rd Generation Foundation Fellowship, which promotes Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and General Psychiatry among Harvard Medical Students. I am also on the LGBT Advisory Committee for Harvard Medical School and recently developed and co-lead the LGBTQD Youth Health Consortium (now known as the Rainbow Consortium) of Boston Children's Hospital. I want to promote the growth of physicians into exemplars of professionalism and compassionate care, including myself.

We are grateful to have been ranked #1 on U.S. News & World Report's list of the best children's hospitals in the nation for the third year in a row, an honor we could not have achieved without the patients and families who inspire us to do our very best for them. Thanks to you, Boston Children's is a place where we can write the greatest children's stories ever told.”
