Omega 3’s and vision problems
Lois Smith, MD, PhD of Ophthalmology at Children’s led a study looking at the role of omega-3 fatty acids, fats found in fish, in helping to prevent vision problems. Smith found that omega-3 help grow healthy blood vessels in the eye. Learn more about this study in the Children’s newsroom.
