Cardiac Surgery Program
Children's is home to the largest pediatric cardiac surgery program cardiac surgery program in the country. Each year, our surgeons perform more than 1,000 operations.

In 2004, more than 2,000 patients were admitted to the cardiology inpatient service and 60 percent of those underwent surgery.
