Academic Support

The Neurology Department at Boston Children's Hospital is committed to supporting and advancing research opportunities and development for residents. Staff support is available to help residents in their research development including preparing research proposals and study designs, writing case reports and publications, and reviewing publications. Additionally, advisors and faculty are available to residents as mentors in furthering their research interests.

Additionally, Boston Children's Hospital has an extraordinary Clinical Research Center which provides assistance and education to the clinical research community. The Clinical Research Program aids residents in research development including: grants or study protocols, case report forms, surveys, research databases, data or project management, data analysis and education in clinical research methods and practice.
