Our innovative approach

We are dedicated to basic science and translational research that will inform treatment of pediatric neurogenetic disorders.

Our team members - all members of the Harvard Medical School Faculty -  lead active programs seeking insights into: 

• how and why neurogenetic disorders occur
• how genetic changes affect the developing nervous system
• how a child’s brain develops, and when is it most vulnerable to the effects of genetic changes
• potential novel treatments for neurogenetic conditions
