Children's Neuro-Ophthalmology Service uses both medical and surgical approaches to treat a wide range of eye conditions related to neurological disorders, including:

• abnormalities in optic nerve development (optic nerve coloboma, optic nerve hypoplasia)
• brain/intracranial tumors affecting the visual system
• diplopia (double vision)
• eye movement disorders/cranial nerve palsies
• idiopathic intracranial hypertension (pseudotumor cerebri)
• myasthenia gravis
• neurofibromatosis
• nystagmus
• optic nerve atrophy
• optic nerve edema/papilledema
• optic neuritis/multiple sclerosis
• pupillary abnormalities
• other retinal disorders secondary to neurological issues
• complex strabismus secondary to neurological issues
• thyroid eye disease
• visual field defects
