Current Projects
Accessing Audition through a Cochlear Implant: Webinar produced by Children's Hospital Boston for parents and therapy providers
In conjunction with the Augmentative Communication Program at Children's, the Cochlear Implant Program is developing educational software modifications to assist children with cochlear implants in using computer software to help them learn to listen and read.
FDA Trials
The Cochlear Implant Program at Children's Hospital Boston participates in FDA pediatric investigational trials for new cochlear implants. So far, we have participated in the FDA investigational trials for the Nucleus 24, Nucleus 24 Contour, and Clarion HiFocus cochlear implants.
