Children's Hospital Boston at Waltham
If you wish to be evaluated for admission to the Mayo Family Pediatric Pain Rehabilitation Center, you will need to call one of the nurses within the Chronic Pain Management Clinic in Boston. The nurse will take a phone evaluation and screening of your child's pain issues. Please call 617-355-8930 or email the PPRC.

If it is determined that your child may be a candidate for participation in the program, you will be asked to come to the outpatient Chronic Pain Management Clinic. During your visit to the Chronic Pain Managment Clinic, you and your child will participate in a multidisciplinary evaluation to determine if the PPRC is appropriate to treat your child's condition.

The outpatient Chronic Pain Management Clinic offers multidisciplinary treatment of children and adolescents who have a variety of pain problems, including headaches, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, fibromyalgia, low back pain, patellofemoral syndrome and more.
