Our clinic is staffed by a team of specialists who collaborate in the evaluation and care of your child. This team approach ensures that your child's treatment plan is carefully developed and coordinated.
Our team includes:
- A pediatric allergist who is responsible for your child's care.
- A pediatric nurse practitioner who manages all of your child's care and works closely with the pediatric allergist.
- Pediatric nurses who provide care for your child and teach you about your child's illness. They may complete an allergy skin test or breathing test on your child.
- A pediatric psychologist or behavioral therapist who help your child learn ways to cope with the itching and scratching.
- A pediatric nutritionist who may meet with you to review your child's diet.
Your child may meet with some or all of these specialists.
