Family Celebration Day |

The Pediatric Transplant Center hosted its first annual Family Celebration Day on Sunday, September 9, 2007, at the Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, RI. The event was designed to bring patients and their families together outside of the hospital to celebrate and learn more about transplant care. Families had access to all areas of the zoo and the opportunity to take part in educational activities such as such as a hand hygiene sessions, transplant twister and bingo, medication recognition worksheets, teen time and much more.
