Looking for something fun to do with the whole family?
Join us at this year's community health fair at the Martha Eliot Health Center. Attendees can talk with experts about maintaining a healthy lifestyle - including tips on exercise and a healthy diet - and learn more about other health issues such as cancer, diabetes and much more. This is a great time to to get caught up on your health screenings. We'll also have fun, educational activities for the entire family to enjoy. You'll even have a chance to win prizes. We're inviting the entire community to attend this free event!
