Community Programs Department
The Community Programs Department at the Martha Eliot Health Center is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of children and families in our local neighborhoods by fostering community, both within the health clinic and in the neighborhoods we serve. The department’s goal is to bring essential mission based programs and services (such as health education, youth initiatives, violence prevention and intervention, and HIV/AIDS and STD testing, counseling and outreach) to the community to address issues related to sexual health, poverty, violence and socioeconomic inequalities.
