Boston Celtics celebrate holidays at Martha Eliot

Members of the world champion Boston Celtics, Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo, Leon Powe, Eddie House, Mike Longabrdi, Sam Cassell, managing partner and co-owner Wyc Grousbeck and coach Doc Rivers, visited Boston Children's Hospital’s Martha Eliot Health Center in Jamaica Plain this week to spread holiday cheer to kids and families there. The team sang holiday tunes such as "Jingle Bells" with kids, handed out gifts of a Celtics book and basketball, decorated holiday ornaments and visited the Center's Pediatric and Adolescent Clinics.

The holiday visit is part of the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation's (BCSF) community partnership with Children’s Hospital Boston. The BCSF's mission is to benefit children directly, through programs that provide education and support, and partner with community based organizations that provide healthcare, shelter and vital services for children in need.
