Just In Time
Just in Time is a Mental Health and Crisis Intervention Program at the Martha Eliot Health Center that helps adolescents with the daily struggles and crises of growing up in today's society. A social worker will be available during designated clinic hours to work with walk-in adolescents experiencing crises.
Eligibility:
- Any patient that is:
- An adolescent patient at Martha Eliot
- Referred by a physician
Goals/Services:
- Ensure that the patient is relayed to the appropriate areas for help
- Understand and appropriately deal with all types of emergency and crisis situations (mental health issues, domestic violence)
