Nutrition
The Nutrition Team at the Martha Eliot Health Center is available to assess the nutritional need of individuals and families. Our Registered Dietitians provide individualized counseling based on personal preferences, health needs and lifestyle. Comprehensive care in provided in the form of nutritional analysis, individual and family counseling and support groups.
WIC
The WIC (Women Infants & Children) program provides free nutrition education, counseling, and supplemental food to eligible pregnant, post partum, and breast-feeding women, infants and children under the age of 5.
