Starting January 20th, MEHC will offer an 8 week program for patients with diabetes involving medical, behavioral and nutrition education and assistance.

Car Seat Class
This class is for the parents of pediatric patients and pregnant women in need of car seats or booster seats and meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month. During the class, parents learn the basics of Child Passenger Safety, the correct use of car seats and also, receive a free car seat after the class. Only Martha Eliot patients qualify. Classes are held in English and Spanish.
Healthy Relationship Classes
For adolescent and young adults, this meeting is held every last Wednesday of the month. Issues discussed include sex education and substance use.
